HistoryMr. Subhash Kotasthane, a Rubber Technologist, who holds a Licentiateship of the Institution of the Rubber Industry (LIRI), U.K, established the Company in 1975, and has over 40 years of experience. He is a leader who leads by example. His management style empowers every member to perform to maximum efficiency. His key areas of operations are product development, strategic planning, HRD and finance.
